Eastern Shore Wedding - Chesapeake Bay Beach Club - Meredith & Charles
I really enjoyed photographing Meredith and Charles's big day at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. They are just the nicest couple and their families were the same! But the couple was also a lot of fun stemming from their engagement sitting, where we took cool photos of them on Charles's motorcycle. A religious man, a marine, a truly nice guy....all these qualities made Charles the perfect groom. You could tell by how he looked at Meredith how in love he was and could see how dedicated he was going to be to this marriage. It was a joy to see and be around. Charles's dad played the organ for the procession. He was accompanied by a violin, which he had recorded earlier. It was pretty impressive and certainly something I had never seen at a ceremony before. Intrigue created a "Zen" feeling throughout the ceremony and reception with huge organic calla lilies, bonsai trees, and natural moss. Between the crazy fun bridesmaids and marines, the dance floor was bumping. Crowe Entertainment had no problem keeping them on the floor and keeping the party going!
Congratulations Meredith and Charles, we wish you all the best!

Eastern Shore Wedding - Silver Swan Bayside - Tiffany & Jake - October 16, 2011
Tiffany and Jake had to postpone their wedding because of lovely hurricane Irene who wanted to come through town. So it was only fitting that the rescheduled date of October 16th was one of the most gorgeous days of the year. And no better place to have it but at the Silver Swan Bayside, with sweeping view of the Chesapeake Bay. As an annapolis wedding photographer, we love to be on the eastern shore and love working with the crew at the silver swan. The ceremony was lovely and the flowers inside and out were gorgeous! They were done by Michael Designs Florist. The evening was fun and tons of great music was knocked out by Absolute Entertainment with the dynamic duo of Jason Wallace and Jacob Jenson.
Congratulations Tiffany and Jake!

Eastern Shore Wedding - Chesapeake Bay Beach Club - Karen & Ben - October 15, 2011
Karen and Ben were a blast to work with and their wedding fell on one of the nicest Saturdays of the year. The ceremony was at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Chester and then it was on to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Not only is the CBBC our favorite place to photograph but we totally LOVE the crew there. They are impressive by the tight ship they run and the way everyone is in the moment. They are so fun! So fun, they played a practical joke on me, which still makes me smile. But enough about that. Karen and Ben's big day was very elegant, from the scallops and caviar horderves, to the big band getting everyone smiling and out of their seats. Congratulations to Karen and Ben! Thanks for having us photograph your big day!

Eastern Shore Wedding - Silver Swan Bayside - Courtenay & Chris - October 14, 2011
One of three Eastern Shore weddings this weekend, Courtenay & Chris's big day was at the Silver Swan Bayside on Kent Island. They were so cute together! I got to know the couple when we did their engagement sitting in downtown Annapolis, and it was great to be photographing them again. A small rain cloud blew through, but quickly went away for the ceremony to begin. What it left behind was a stunning double rainbow over the facility and a perfect backdrop for the outdoor ceremony. The place looked amazing with the help of Michael Designs Florist arranging the flowers. The wedding was a great time for the guests and us too! Congratulations again to Courtenay & Chris!

Annapolis Wedding - Historic London Town & Gardens- Anne & Alex - October 8, 2011
We had met Anne & Alex at a bridal show, where they were promoting their fun company, Annapolis Photo Booth. We instantly clicked, started working together, and even ate crabs together. Months later, it was their big day and I was excited to be capturing their wedding. Anne & Alex are such an easy going couple and that is how they wanted their wedding. The reception was at Historic London town & Gardens off the south river where they had lawn games during the cocktail hour. A huge fan of bocce ball myself, I though this was brilliant! The elegant dinner was outside and the signature drink "orange crush" was flowing. (Of course we had these with the crabs weeks before at their home). It was a fun evening and of course the photo booth had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves!
