People are choosing barn weddings in herds as we near the end of the second decade of the 2000’s. The high eaves, exposed wood, hay bales and, of course, barn doors, make the barn venue a favorite of brides and grooms. The Southern Belle Barn in Delmar Maryland is the perfect romantic, rustic and elegant barn setting on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. […]

Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Wedding Photographer | Stevensville, MD | Makenzie & Jimmy | Maryland Wedding Photographer
Makenzie & Jimmy’s recent wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club was just so romantic & on-trend that we just couldn’t wait to blog about it! From the shimmering blush & gold toned bridesmaid dresses to the blush, cream & gold leaf wedding cake, Makenzie really designed a beautiful and cohesive look for her wedding day. We especially loved the fresh poppy red color on her lips and the matching pops of deep romantic reds in her bridal bouquet! […]
Annie & Zach’s wedding day at the delightful Herrington Harbour was embattled by coastal winds, but our fun loving couple didn’t let the weather stop them from enjoying their wedding day to the fullest. (And the stormy skies made for some beautiful sunset photos on the docks!) Read on to see how they made the day uniquely theirs. […]
We’re so excited to share more of Krystle & Drew’s romantic wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club! The Beach Club is always amazing to work with due to the atmosphere, the top notch service and their attention to details. Krystle herself has high praise for their coordinator Marta –
She made sure we always had a drink in our hands, whether we were taking pictures or dancing, and made it a point to be sure we had a taste of everything we picked out for our guests. We love food, so having everything we chose for our guests already on the table made us so happy!”
Their wedding theme was “relaxed romance” and Krystle & her mom did an excellent job letting that shine through the entire day – […]
Anna & Shane wed on a beautiful sunny day at the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland. Anna’s elegant, structured satin trumpet dress fit her like a glove and the formal gown went perfectly with the vintage styled ceremony and reception decor. Looking stylish next to her, Shane wore a classic tuxedo with bow-tie and his groomsmen followed suit.
For their Late Fall/Early Winter wedding Danielle & Joey (formally known as Frank!) chose The Oaks Waterfront Inn in St. Michaels, Maryland as their venue and we could not have been more excited to get to photograph their day! We loved all the special little touches that Danielle included throughout the day, especially during pre-bridal (those robes! The giddy champagne toast!) and the ceremony (that bonsai tree unity ceremony had us getting super emotional – I’m not crying, you’re crying!).
Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Wedding Photographer | Stevensville, MD | Lindsay and Chris | Maryland Wedding Photographer
We captured some gorgeous photos of Lindsay and Chris’ springtime wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. The soft sky with just a touch of gray made the the already perfect backdrop of the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club even more inviting for photography. Beach weddings allow for a natural, light and fresh feel to the photographs and the bride and groom take center stage against the neutral tones. Lindsay’s pretty pink and white bouquets look beautiful against the natural palette of the Eastern Shore and her hair and make up matched the elegance and beauty that this venue […]
Lindsay and Quinn’s wedding was autumn personified; revealing itself through warm, muted colors and rustic, vintage-inspired decor. Brittland Estates was the perfect setting, lending fantastical views of the surrounding fieldscapes and colorful foliage. The colors of fall looked especially striking against the simple yet classic attire of the bridal party. Lindsay and Quinn exchanged vows outdoors under a romantic lantern-strewn tree. As day turned into night, guests joined them in celebration under an elegantly decorated clear-roof tent with a unique mixture of stringed lights and stars overhead.
