Our engineer couple Katrina and John chose the perfect date for their wedding at the Engineer’s Club in Baltimore: March 14th aka Pi Day! Their love was commemorated with great elegance and thoughtfulness and yet –amongst the regality of it all — there was a fun, nerdy undercurrent to salute the great mathematical phenomenon known as Pi. After observing Katrina and John’s love for one another throughout the day, we are certain that, like pi, it will continue on infinitely into the future!
Every room at the Engineer’s Club featured incredible, ornate details rich in history and spectacular window light!
Katrina’s beautiful white and blue bouquet was arranged courtesy of Ann’s Garden. John’s boutonniere featured a flower and a single peacock feather.

We were continuously having to pick our jaws up off the floor while in the reception area. The room featured lots of incredible, towering floral table centerpieces with even taller tropical palms and trees that reached up to the ceiling, making the enormous space feel small and intimate. The table placards featured a fun fact about pi.
The string lights gave the room a warm and romantic atmosphere!
The couple shares their first dance as played by The Smokin’ Section band.
Sugar Bakers crafted this tasty three-tiered beauty!
