Christina and Sean traveled to Herrington Harbour to capture Seneca and Cam’s tropical-themed wedding celebration!
We loved these green bridesmaids dresses, and Seneca’s jeweled belt was a perfect touch to her gorgeous wedding gown!
Seneca’s fun assortment of tropical beauties in her bouquet was so distinctive; especially when held up against her beautiful wedding dress!
The ceremony was held on the Harbour’s Polynesian Lawn which wistfully overlooks the Chesapeake Bay. The lawn was surrounded by water on three sides — and then encircled by a slew of palm trees and other assorted tropical vegetation which evoked a scene straight from a Caribbean post card. In fact, we almost forgot that we were still in Maryland!
Check out Cam’s starfish — what a great boutonniere idea!
Cam strides along with his groomsmen with the same bold confidence he presented to Seneca on the day they first met.
“Cam worked as a medical sales rep that called on physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons and Seneca was an office manager at a physical therapy clinic. On one of Cam’s visits to see a patient at the clinic, he came across a beautiful young woman that stopped him in his tracks. In order to follow up with the patient he just saw, Cam handed his business card to Seneca and stated that his “personal” cell phone number was on the back.”
Piers hold a special meaning for Seneca and Cam. Their first date began on Seneca’s father’s boat shortly after Cam handed her his personalized business card!
The airy tent, pops of color from the tablecloths and tropical table decor made the reception area a classy yet sultry tropical affair without the humidity or rain!
There were so many unique wedding decorations throughout the reception. The seating arrangements in a bottle were among our favorites!
The couple shared their first dance to the classic Bob Marley song “Is This Love” as performed by the Proverbs Reggae Band. Seneca says,”This song puts us in the most relaxed mood with careless warmth and reminds us how strong our love is for one another.”
If “careless warmth” could be captured, it’d probably look something like this.
Congratulations, Seneca and Cam!
